ATHLETE RIGHTS
1) See the identification of the Doping Control Officer
2) Ask for additional information about the sample collection process
3) Be informed of the authority under which the sample collection is to be conducted
4) Be informed of the type of sample collection
5) Hydrate
6) Have a representative present
7) Have an interpreter, if available
8) Request modifications if the athlete     has an impairment
9) Be informed of their rights and      responsibilities
10) Document any concerns about the process
11) Receive a copy of the records of the sample collection session
12) Request a delay in reporting to the doping control station for valid reasons.

4) Report immediately for sample collection, unless there is a valid reason for a delay
5) comply with the directions of the DCO/Chaperones
